Join Friends of the Fells members for a Sunday afternoon hike around the eastern part of the Fells. We'll travel to Boojum Rock, catch some views of Boston, and enjoy being outside! After our hike, we'll head to Idle Hands to grab some well-deserved beers.

Difficulty: Moderate, with some rocky inclines and uneven surfaces. About 3-4 miles long.

Join Friends of The Malden River and Idle Hands for a river and neighborhood cleanup.

We are partnering with Friends of The Malden River for a Malden River and neighborhood cleanup on Sunday, May 17th,

Meet at Idle Hands by 10am and we will go over some brief instructions and then head out to pick up trash.

New for this event! Cafe Reynard will be serving coffee and pastries starting at 8am in the Taproom. Head in early and have your coffee and breakfast in the Taproom.

After the cleanup, we will head back to the Taproom where we will treat all volunteers 21+ to a half pour of beer!

Registration is recommended but not required and is open to all ages. You must be 21+ to enjoy beer in the Taproom after the cleanup. Please bring your own water bottle. If you have work gloves bring them but we will also supply them. It is recommended that you wear sturdy boots, long pants, and long sleeves.

Cleanup will last approximately 2 hours. The thank you party will begin at noon in the Taproom.
