2 lbs (1 bag) Local mussels washed and cleaned
1 cup Idle Hands Craft Ales Triplication
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
- Add all ingredients into large pot.
- Cook on a high heat and bring the liquid to the boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer mussels until they begin to open. Approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve steamed mussels in broth over pasta or with garlic bread.
- Pour Triplication to complete the meal.
