Triplication-Steamed Mussels

Ingredients

2 lbs (1 bag)  Local mussels washed and cleaned

1 cup              Idle Hands Craft Ales Triplication

2-3 cloves     chopped garlic

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into large pot.
  2. Cook on a high heat and bring the liquid to the boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer mussels until they begin to open.  Approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Serve steamed mussels in broth over pasta or with garlic bread.
  5. Pour Triplication to complete the meal.
